These
Marin County hillside homes required extensive site work to comply with local
hillside development guide lines. The use of a sectional retaining wall system
to create a series of level terraces brought the homes within the height restrictions.
The site’s generous plantings provide screening and help ground the architecture.
A commons area path winds up through the site providing access to the down-slope
homes.
