The renovation of 80 units of medium diversity apartments called for a whole new look for the project. Pedersen Associates used full grown Mexican Fan Palms, trellises, terrace walls and a new sign program to freshen up this oft neglected property. The new pool area and trellis fence provides a high-end look to the property. Our path plantings and ground cover treatments provide a low maintenance, high impact landscape for the project.
