This land use master plan for 67 acres in the Oakland hills called for several architectural prototypes due to the severity of the topography. Pedersen Associates developed roadway and parcels to take advantage of the developable areas on the site. Stormwater BMPs were integrated into the site plan development in the form of permeable curbs and extensive use of bioswales to hold stormwater on site.
