Pedersen Associates worked with the Town's Parks & Open Space Committee and a number of public agencies and private organizations on this one of three, adjoining shoreline park projects, located between Richardson Bay and Tiburon Boulevard.

This, the second project improved a half mile long section of the multi-use path with planting, site furnishings and handicap parking access element.

Low maintenance, drought and salt tolerant perennials and groundcovers make up the plant selection that draws from the Bevedere Gateway; the initial project and extends the lavender, manzanita, rockrose, and ceanothus plantings along the narrow strip between the path and scenic Highway.
