This site has some of the most spectacular Marin views we have ever seen.
The sweeping panoramic view takes in the San Francisco skyline, the Golden Gate Bridge and the foothills of Marin to the North.
To take advantage of the location Pedersen Associates created a multi level terrace with pool, elevated spa, outdoor kitchen, dining area, fire element and lounge space.
The terraces are separated by lush planting beds to soften the hardscape.
Pedersen Associates also redesigned the front approach to the house, creating a circular auto court and a formal entry with water feature.
The result feels both timeless and stately.
