his award winning senior residence was a HUD project sponsored by Petaluma Ecumenical Properties.
This was a new build and provided a lovely garden setting for an outdoor community areas as well as two garden areas for tenant participation in outdoor activities.
Garden workstations, composting areas with raised beds and generous patio area adjacent to the community center compliment the development.
The plant palette consists of colorful low water using shrubs and perennials.
Permeable garden paths and ornamental trellis fences created a safe, private enclosure for the Garden spaces.
