This fully remodeled FEMA home is set on the Belvedere Lagoon with views of Red Hill, Mt Tiburon and the Lagoon.
The goal was to create lush, contemporary spaces to entertain and gather all while incorporating the client’s incredible outdoor art collection.
A custom nook was built to hide the outoor outdoor grill from view.
The plantings included succulents, mass plantings of grasses, espaliered fruit trees, birch and maple trees.
An intimate rock garden with lush plantings are complimented by the vertical trellis and which breaks up the surface of the fencing.
The custom gate and textural plantings create an inviting entrance to this home on the lagoon.
