Over a 10 year time frame Pedersen Associates worked with the owners of this 50 acre vineyard property in the Rutherford area of Napa County to renovate this exquisite country estate.
The water features, pool, bocce court and garden areas provide space for intimate and larger scaled entertaining.
PA designed several outdoor rooms using trellises and indoor-to-outdoor entryways which incorporate several pergolas into the main house.
These stand-alone structures house two outdoor dining areas, an outdoor kitchen, and pizza oven.
Given it's natural flow, this gorgeous property truly exemplifies California outdoor living.
